We are as excited to have you come out and tour the property as you are to come see it! The property is equally amazing as it is rare and it literally sells itself when people come for the experience. In order to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we recommend that you prepare as follows:

• Wear comfortable footwear for walking the land.
• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Property is shown rain or shine.
• Bring all decision-makers (spouse, children, partners, etc.). Anyone who will be involved in the purchase or who will use the property.
• A 10% deposit will enable your purchase.
